VNA stands for “Very Narrow Aisle”. There are Material Handling Equipment’s which needs very narrow aisle, i.e. less than 2 meters. Hence more pallet positions are possible compared to other MHEs. VNAs can reach up to 12 meters high. VNA Racking is nothing but Selective Pallet Racking but compatible to VNA Equipment. This VNA equipment needs special guides. These guides may be mechanical rails or electrical wires. Mechanical guide rails are widely practiced for ease and economy. However, VNA equipment’s demand high level of floor accuracy.

Godrej Altius Titan shelving range is based on our beam design configuration. The system is designed to handle heavier discrete SKUs (300 to 4000Kg UDL) which can either be in stored in cartons, bins or directly. Our indigenously developed Step Beam and Upright profiles can be configured to build multitier system up to 10 levels. The system can be integrated with conveyors, VRCs and loading gates to improve throughput and enhance warehouse efficiency.

Godrej Column based Mezzanine floor system is a light weight steel flooring system provided at a suitable height from ground. Vertical columns which are grouted support the grid created by the horizontal beams on which decking panels are assembled. The system could be configured to suit the layout of the room, taking into account pillar positions, door positions etc. The solution can also be designed for varying load capacities ranging from 500 kg/sqm to 1500 kg/sqm UDL. .
