1. Responsible for maintenance of industrial equipment.
2. Maintaining use material consumption reports & service call reports & pre... maintenance reports & also call log register.
3. Taking initiatives to reducing repair maintenance cost visiting customers to understand the issues & provide appropriate solution
4. Responsible for pre & Post Breakdown maintenance .
5. Hands on exp in industrial equipment .
6. Handling filed customer complaint in all India.
7. Installation, commissioning Maintenance .
8. Planning of the team for AMC , breakdown ,PDI (Quotes)
9. Handling customers on calls and guiding them as well as guiding service team accordingly.
10. Troubleshooting of MHE ,Repairing and equipment maintenance.
